LESSON 2
ADAM : FATHER TO MANKIND
[Al-Qur'an 4:1] "O humanity! Be mindful of your Lord Who created you from a single soul, and from it He created its mate, and through both He spread countless men and women. And be mindful of Allah—in Whose Name you appeal to one another—and honour family ties. Surely Allah is ever Watchful over you."
Adam is the FATHER TO MANKIND, and Allah taught him the names of everything.
Adam was the first man created by Allah with His own hands, breathed into him the soul which he had created and taught him all the names of the creation.
Adam is considered the first prophet and the first human to receive guidance from Allah.
When Allah created Adam , he struck his back and brought forth all of his children who would be created until the day of resurrection, extending his hand.
The children of Adam bore witness to Allah as their Lord and were categorised into the people into the people of Jannah (paradise) and the people of the Hellfire.
